Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We ship through UPS and USPS, depending on which offers better services for our customers. Please allow for 1-3 days for fulfillment, as well as shipping days. Orders made on weekends or holidays will be processed and out for shipment on the following business day back. 

As of right now, we are working on offering international orders. We will potentially process an international order per special request. If this applies, please email us at shop@newlegend4x4.com. 

Once we ship our packages, we are not responsible for losses or damages. We will try our best to work with UPS and USPS if this occurs. 

To check the status of your order before you receive information on shipment, please email shop@newlegend4x4.com. You will receive a tracking number per order once we place a shipment, and will be able to check the status of your order on the shipping host's website.
